Since we launched over two years ago, The Deligram has featured many of the incredible food artisans in New York. And we promised that there were a lot of new things in the works. This fall, we launched The Deligram Drops, a series of limited-edition collaborations between our favorite makers. For Edition #2, we’re working with two of our favorite makers on a custom confection. Mina Park of 99 is teaming up with Rachael Petach’s Current Cassis to create an Almond Berry Cassis Cake.
Our premium subscribers get first access to pre-order this limited-edition collab, which costs $115 for an 8” cake (serves 10), and is available for pickup only on January 20th from 11am-2pm in Bushwick. The cakes are limited–and we’re sure they will sell out fast! (Our first Drop with Bad Habit and L'Appartement 4F sold out in one day.)
