In our quest to uncover the amazing artisanal products that we feature in The Deligram, we eat and drink a lot of different things. And not everything we love can be featured–sometimes it doesn’t technically fit our made-in-New York criteria, sometimes it’s not available for sale… and sometimes we just run out of time and space. That’s why we launched a new series–only for our premium Deligram subscribers–in which our co-founders Anna and Teddy share the delicacies they are obsessed with right now.
For this installment of our Founders’ Digest. Teddy tasted a small and varied selection of (mostly) chili crisps, from the classic Chinese staples to new recommendations from our friends. This is decidedly not a definitive guide of “The Best Chili Crips in the World” list, but rather ones that we tried, loved, and can decidedly recommend.
